Danielle Murcray, CFO, AttackIQ, $76M in venture funding

PROFILE

Patricia represents venture funded technology clients in the U.S. and Europe in a wide-ranging practice that includes complex cloud software transactions, strategic sales partnerships, data privacy, hardware manufacturing and employment law. She counsels tech companies on most aspects of their day to day operations, with guidance tailored to each stage of growth.

Before founding Tech Law SF Group, from 2000 to 2015, Patricia worked in-house with a series of high growth Silicon Valley technology companies. These organizations built technology businesses from scratch, launched global sales and marketing teams and opened country and continent markets. They also raised significant venture funding and enjoyed successful exits, including being acquired by a Fortune 50 company, a 9-figure private equity buyout and an IPO.

Patricia began her legal career in Los Angeles and Washington D.C. with Dewey Ballantine Bushby Palmer & Wood.
