General Counsel Services

The firm routinely acts as a fractional outside General Counsel to handle day-to-day legal matters for clients that are not yet ready to hire an in-house attorney. We tailor this service to each client’s unique needs. Some clients want an attorney only “on demand” and other clients prefer to schedule time on site and on a regular schedule. Clients typically develop a relationship with one attorney but always have access to the whole team for specific expertise.
